Upload new and revision video (desktop)
Here are steps on how to upload videos:
1. Add a new video: To start the process, you click the "ADD record" button.
2. Name the video appropriately: The video name should include the account name and the date of posting in the format "accountName MMDD". If the account name is long, shorten it while ensuring the date is included.

For instance, if the account name is Field Plumbing and the date is November 17th, the video name would be "FieldPlumbing 11.17".

Here are the steps when you have a revision request:
1. Review the Revision Request: You can click on either the dashboard notification or the link in the email to view the details of the requested revision. This will allow you to understand what changes need to be made to the video.
2. Delete the Old Video: Once you have completed the revisions, you must delete the old version of the video from the platform.
3. Upload the Revised Video: Next, you need to upload the new revised video to the platform. If the revision request calls for a completely new video, you should also delete the original raw video files and upload the new raw video along with the edited version.
4. Confirm Upload: After uploading the revised video, you need to click on the "yes revision 1 video is uploaded" button on the platform. This action will automatically notify the virtual assistant and the individual who requested the revision. Additionally, it will move the video back to the "waiting for approval" stage
